Day 2 of our Lake District trip

If yesterday's weather was called madness, then today's weather would have to be called cheerfulness! Although the rain did pour on us a little more this morning... these two pictures were taken by Helly at the No.505 bus stop in Ambleside and I just thought you might want to see what a wonderful photographer Helly is! ☺
Anyways... since we have pictures of my full body, I thought why not do a little introduction of my outfit before we go on to talk about my second day trip at the Lake District.
Personally, I think raincoats are definitely a rainny windy day fashion saviour since firstly, it allows you to avoid any scenarios like my blown off/ slipped over umbrella embarrassment; secondly with them, you don't have to wear those heavy coats which might sometimes make you look like a bear (not necessary you, but me definitely!)

There was this adorable vintage shop we saw at Hawkshead- a cute little village with traditional British housings, the shop owner was this kind old man who loves having a wee chat with his customers.
This shop is a beautiful place to shop for some special household things.
After we had a walk around the village, Helly spotted a church locating at the tallest hill of the place.
Of course we would never miss out on the importance of enjoying our food! We went to this cute little tearoom/cafe for lunch mainly because of their gigantic guest attraction: cakes placed on the window (real cakes not displays)!!
However I went for the Lakeland tea and the soup of the day to start with, the hilarious thing was in the middle of our lunch... for some random technical problems, the whole village's power went off. So I decided to take away my cake for later.
As we heading towards Coniston (the destination of today) the sun popped it's head out to see us... yes finally!

Today as the second day went pass really fast and the presence of sun truly made our day!
A wee reminder: (personal opinions)
For teen girls I Strongly Recommend visiting Ambleside, met so many beautiful looking guys over here!
(surely in other places as well, but just by coincidence I saw a huge number of handsome boys yesterday :P who knows why...?)
